I was told once in a performance review that, "this is something everyone has to work on to do better" she had said that about two things. One was the uniform, coming in with shirts tucked, a hat, etc. Something I was one of the only crew following. The second was something I don't even remember, but it was a rule that no manger was enforcing, and no crew even knew existed, but I'm paid less because I wasn't following it.
Because of kids vaping, every bathroom besides one was locked for both genders. This was a school with about 1000 kids in it. This bathroom had a single working faucet, 3 urinals, and one stall with no door. This was also during the pandemic year. So during a pandemic they're would be 10-15 kids in one bathroom waiting to go and wash their hands. It didn't stop vaping at all.
They told us at the start of our freshman year that if you got into a fight you would leave the building in hand cuffs. Arresting 13 year Olds and giving them records is a great way to reduce fighting.
They made it so every absent after 5 would give you 5% less on your semester grade. So if you got six absences you would lose 5% of your grade, 7 absences, 10% of your grade. It didn't matter if they were accused or not. If you had a real absent for something important, you had to take it to the school board for a repel. I know people who failed classes because their appointments for their braces were always in the morning.
I'm happy I graduate this year. My school is ran by idiots, and I could rant for hours about just the stuff they did this year.
I'm gonna write a response in the same way that you do.
Do you know what projecting is you dumb piece of shit? Can your brain comprehend words that are more than two symbols or do I need to make them simpler?
I am not making fun of you, I am not making assumptions, and I am not hurt by anything you say. I didn't insult you in any of my responses, and you insulted nearly every person that responded to you, unprompted. You tell everyone that they don't understand anything. You can everyone names as if they are lesser than you. If every person can read the same thing, and come to the same conclusion, would you not think its safe to say it might be correct? The world isn't wrong, people don't hate you, and people don't want to hurt you. You go into every situation wanting a fight and wanting to hate them. That is not an assumption either, I've read your comments and your post, that is an observation. I didn't make assumptions in any of the things I said, You showed all of the things I said, you did.
When I was in middle school I hated everyone. I thought everyone was stupid and annoying. Subsequently, I had no friends, and no one liked me. When I went to highschool I learned I had a lot more in common with everyone then I thought and started to have a lot of friends. You call everyone arrogant dipshits but also say everyone else knows absoulty nothing and you know it all. You blame every other person but yourself. You blamed an entire college of people for all being annoying and weird before admitting maybe you are doing something to make everyone not like you.
I mean this in the most modest way. Your life is in a terrible state, and you blame others for this too much. People have treated you terribly and made your life very hard, that's obvious. But you seem to hate everyone, and see everyone as less then yourself. If this is how you saw people before meeting then, they could sense that hostility. They could reel that you hated them. These people were as you said, people with similar interests to you. It was college, everyone was nerdy and geeky and smart kids like yourself. You could have made friends with these kids, but you looked down on them. Life is hard, but it only gets harder when you are searching for things to hate, looking for things to be mad at, and trying to find ways to suffer. Those kids were assholes for what they did to you, but that wasn't everyone there.
5-5, 16 spats, level 9, multiple 5 costs triples and other triples. Bro how
Our managers start at $11 (btw all 18-year-olds start at $10), but the managers will only get that pay increase after they get certified. A process that can take over a year, and during that time they will be responsible for all normal manager things. They run floors, count safes, and all of the other responsibilities like that by themselves, all while making the exact same from when they weren't a manager. They also make people sign a two year contract saying they won't leave or else they'll be charged for the classes they make them do. It is really predatory since they target minors for these classes.
The hardest jobs you'll ever work are the ones that pay the worst. Ceo, mangers, stock brokers, etc. All barly do anything. Some guy at McDonald's or some factory works 100x as hard and makes less then a 1000th what they make.
As an American, no we do not. America is America obsessed, which leads to the only information out there and the things your peers are talking about being nearly only American. On top of that we have an extremely shitty school system that teaches propaganda instead of history. I don't know how much of American history you know, but we had a civil war over if the southern end of America should be allowed to have slaves. The south of America teaches this war as "the war of northern aggression" saying the Civil War was started by the north and was not about slavery at all.
This is only one example. Many of the atrocities American commites are either bearly touched on or completely ignored. We are told that racism is bad, but not what the racism within our own country looked like to all of the Asian, native American, Africa American, Irish, and many many other different people.
American barly can learn about itself much less the rest of what is happening in the world. It's sad and extremely hard to get out off, because most people in American only will talk about American because that is all we know. The happenings in the rest of the world are so rarely talked about or taught it can be hard to leave the ignorance bubble.
Have you ever played cookie clicker? Humans love big numbers. We love making numbers go up and up. Billionaires want the biggest number, they want to see how big a number they csn get in their life. They don't care about the world because that would lower their number. A Billionaire would never go down the path of even being a millionaire if they weren't obsessed with making it as big as possible.
It's a local to local issue. Worked in fast food for a year and the amount of staff we have now is much lower and the new hires aren't coming. Same thing with my whole area. In some places it's not bad but in some places it is very bad. It's not a straw man, it's a real thing that's happening.
I've worked at McDonald's for about a year. Our McDonald's has raised the price of every item across the board. We don't have a single thing anymore that is a $1 besides the drinks. A mcdouble, which is a sandwich with 2 peices of meat on it costs $2. Our pay has not increased. We do not have benefits of any kind. They haven't even replaced any of the equipment that keeps on breaking, We just live with it. All of the food and recipes are the same top. All that money is going directly of the owners. They could easily have used that money to pay people more and have more, better workers. The price already went up, but instead of better food your paying more for the same shit.
I work at a McDonald's that has this issue, though all the fast food in my area has this issue. The problem is the owners don't think that the people working there even deserves the $9 an hour they get now. They don't even lose money because 4 good workers and 10 good workers will run a similar amount of money made for the company, less pay makes up for the loss of orders. The only loser are the workers thst have to do 10 peoples worth of work, and the owners give no fucks for those kids. We all are 15-25 mostly 17.
Oda the writer for one piece got a lot of bad press because after thst incident he did an interview with him for a one piece anniversary, as they were old friends. Sadly most of that bad press was only from the west, and no one really cared.
I'm pretty sure I've seen cp on reddit itself before. It was just posted normally and had like 100 upvotes on a normal nsfw sub. I reported it and blocked the user. Reddit said they found nothing wrong with the post and I havnt gone looking for it or anything but it was really gross.
I have such a love of reading and books. My freshman year of high school is when I really started to get into books for the first time in my life and I absolutely loved it. By my junior year I hated reading and could bearly get through any book. High-school destroys anyone's enjoyment of reading and makes you despise it. I don't think I'll ever be able to enjoy anything related to pride and prejudice for the rest of my life. Every time I think of it I just remember my teacher repeating the same lines over and over and over again.
He's talking about covid. Having a giant party with a ton of people do have mostly meaningless revel.
I love attack on titan and think it is one of the best stories ever written. The aot universe gets soloed by the United States military. Or really any developed modern military. That doesn't take away from the amazing writing or the amazing characters.
Key word is probably. There's no evidence, or if there is none is given. Its dangerous to just make assumptions that large and just go with it.
I hate conservatism as much as the next guy. But downvoting a guy saying its not a mental illness is a fucking joke. A lot of them are crazy and that shit is crazy, so is a lot of religious stuff. But come on, that's just moronic.
Being color bind is more complex. There are a lot different levels and shades. There isn't exactly a single change that could perfectly do it for everyone. This is completely inclusive and helps everyone.
Then just get a texture pack to put it back. The game does have incredible in-build texture pack support after all
Idk why you're being down voted. It can be extremely hard to break from your parents, or you can develop beliefs to specifically counter their beliefs. Both are possible, just more likely to be pro their indoctrination.
My life's dream is to be middle class with a home large enough to live in and enough money to not be terrified. Being a Rockstar or astronaut is useless, I need to eat.
That is not good news at all. This is from a McDonald's employee. That shit is disgusting.
