QPR did it on the back of their Director Of Football, Les Ferdinand, coming out against it: https://www.qpr.co.uk/news/club-news/club-statement-taking-the-knee/

Brentford have a lot of black players and it was apparently a players' decision.

Any examples of white people not kneeling? I don't know of any. Or of anyone offering any dissent at all. Simon Jordan is the only one I've seen.
